Sunnyside Male Rooming House privately owned and operated, has a fully furnished, private room available for a working outside the property male. We can be found on Google and Yelp for phone numbers, directions and pictures.
Room comes with twin bed, nightstand, dresser, mini fridge, smart tv, fan, ac, heat, towels and linens.
House has once to twice per week common area clean, lawn maintenance, security cameras, solar sensitive exterior lights, coded keyless entries, on call management and free WIFI. The shared common areas are kitchen, bathrooms, WiFi station and porch, there are coin operated laundry facilities and parking for 1 car per lodger.
MOVE IN COSTS $500= 2 weeks up front plus a one time non refundable deposit $200 + $200= $400 + 100= $500 that covers your first two weeks. Weekly rates at $200 start beginning of week 3, long term preferred.
WE ARE NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE WITH NARROW HALLWAYS, STEPS AND STAIRS.
Basic Rules:

Located on the south end of Sanford near Seminole Municipal Complex, Publix, close to Walmart, bus line and shopping. Near 17-92, just off Ronald Reagan Blvd, near greenway, in between Daytona and Orlando.
