Hello! My name is Nalani and I am looking for a roommate that needs housing ASAP!! Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to move back home and need someone to take over the lease for me. The property is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a fenced in backyard, garage, in-unit laundry, street parking, and HOA. The house is located about 5 minutes from UCF’s main campus, 6 minutes from Publix, and 10 minutes from Oviedo. The rent for the room is $750 a month, excluding electric and Wi-Fi.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROOMMATES: One is named Ayanna, 24 years old. She is a student and dance teacher. She is clean, respectful, and mostly keeps to herself. She has a dog and two cats. All of them are incredibly sweet, not destructive, and not loud. Most of the time she is either working, at dance class, or recovering from a long week in her room.
Rylee is the second roommate. She is 22, a dance teacher, clean, very respectful, and pet free.
Marlen is the third roommate. She owns an orange cat that stays in her room. She is very responsible and clean, and also keeps to herself.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are currently an all girls house. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly. We would prefer people who are femme presenting/identifying. But honestly we just need someone in here asap. We want someone who is pet friendly but ideally pet free. If you have a cat we can negotiate something! The pets are pet friendly we just have a lot of them right now!
