We are looking for a Nice CLEAN MALE ROOMMATE, to rent the bedroom in my house, the rent is $170 WEEKLY... NOT MONTHLY..... I can put the deposit to be set at 170. So that would be needed a total of 510 to MOVE in and get the Keys. We have a shared bathroom and kitchen. As well storage space if needed. NO COUPLES to Share the Room,...BUT GUESTS ARE ALLOWED, of course, but to a certain limit on days , or if you're FAMILY/ FRIENDS are coming to Visit. we have two dogs that are Very Sweet & Friendly already. So Not looking for more Pets as in CATS or DOGS. The house is older but is in Clean up keep. We need a professional type of person that has PROOF OF A JOB, as well No drugs and No drama issues. We have high-speed internet with the rent is included gas, hot water electric & laundry included. We have low wattage lights & try to keep the electric bill low as possible. the kitchen has plenty of cabinet space available for a pantry of your own space, & dishes. Also we have some open closets for extra space possible. If you have furniture already we can store in the garage some space possible if needed. We will NEED A LEASE AGREEMENT Signed along with a copy of your ID. And if you want to move out we need a heads up of two weeks ahead of time. The rent is due each week on FRIDAY. Either CASH to me or ZELLE. As for myself I'm an Ex-Navy veteran and I work security every day of the week. On the off days I'm cleaning the house and doing store runs to the grocery store. So if you have a job and have a clean record and no medical problems this could be a nice fit for yourself as well US. ..We have large yard in the front so there is plenty of space for parking or on the driveway. There's no HOA fees or problems on our street, we know all the neighbors it's a very safe and clean street with friendly people always looking out for each other.
