House is in a very nice neighborhood centrally located on the north side of downtown Orlando just steps away from Winter Park. You can drive very quickly to Rollins college, Full Sail university or AdventHealth University. Universal Studios is about a 15 minute drive. Just look up Stardust Coffee And Video for a map of the local area.
No pets but we do occasionally feed friendly cats that wander over to our area. One guy is allergic to some cats so not all cats pass his sneeze test.
Plenty of parking. Ample kitchen space and double laundry room. Gay friendly but not drug friendly.
Deposit is only 500. Rent includes everything.
Must be able to pass a full background check (we use a background check service and look for a minimum credit score of 650, absolutely no entries on criminal background check and they also do an income verification for full disclosure, we only see the final pass/fail. We pay the fee at our expense if we all get along). No smoking. No pets. No drugs or substance abuse issues.
