About the PLACE.
Millenia Mall area, close to major highways, (I-4, Kirkman, Turnpike), shopping centers, restaurants, Valencia College and Universal. Access to bus lines just outside the community. You can enjoy the fallowing amenities, 2 pools, gym, yoga room, tennis court and racket court. The condo have security cameras in the common areas that will be monitored for the security of all. The condo is the last building on the community so is pretty quiet area plus you will have a very nice view. The place just got painted and carpet washed so no shoes are allowed at any time neither in the common areas as in the room. Parking space available (first come first serve) and the safety a gated community with private security can provide. Cleaning is done once a week, we will share the chores of cleaning the place taking turns so you will do it once every 3 weeks (There's a *Sharing Handbook* for shores, that you need to agree to) and try to keep everything very organized at every time as inside as outside the rooms.
About the ROOM.
Furnished (Bed, nightstands, small fridge, Tv) OR Unfurnished, ceiling fan (See pictures).
The room have an approx. area of 11 feet 10 In x 10 feet 10 In, with a closet. You will use and share the social bathroom so is very important to keep it organize and clean *always*. The rent will include the use of the kitchen area and W/D. You also will have wireless internet access, NO cable just air Tv antenna and utilities are included in rent
Month to month with 30 days' notice minimum!!
About YOU.
NON-SMOKER, NO DRUGS, NO LOUD, no pets, clean, always pick up and clean after cooking (I prefer a person that doesn't cook often, 2X max per week. No problem with b/fast and dinner every day if it doesn't involve "heavy" cooking), will share cleaning responsibilities in the common areas and should keep your own room clean (deposit will be required: one month rent), must have references and have a work or be financially stable, an application will be required (It can be email if needed) and you have to be willing to do a background check at your expense.
Rent paid on time always! One month security deposit!
About CURRENT ROOMMATE.
Mature gentleman, quiet, very respectful clean and organized. He is usually working, come home to take a shower and sleep, so rarely see him around but only getting in and getting out.
About US.
Very organized and clean. we are very respectful in the whole meaning of the word.
There will be only four persons living in the place you the current roommate and us.
