Hello, 40 year old clean male looking to share twin bed studio suite with full kitchen and fridge. Im hypoallergenic to mold and like to keep my area clean. No hard drugs, heavy drinking or illegal activities. 420 okay.

All i ask is that the area is clean before bedtime. Don't have to be right way but no overnight mess, dirty dishes, spills, and dust mainly. I will do my part and help where I can. No stress, no drama. I have dishware. Cook as you please.
