About the home and residents:
Two story 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with screened in pool. The home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Oviedo, FL near toll road, various restaurants, and shopping.
Chill and laid-back vibe and relaxed environment. We are friendly and kind and do not mind socializing. Often it feels like nobody is home because we mostly keep to ourselves.
About the room:
You have the choice of renting one of two fully furnished rooms with TV (can use your own), on the first floor. Bathroom is shared between the two rooms and guests, if any. Beds in both rooms have a movable bed frame that lifts head to a seated position. Utilities included.
Room 1 (Available November 1)
* Size: 12' x 13' (156 sq. ft.)
* Month-to-Month rent: $850
* Weekly rent: $250
* Next to the bathroom and entry way
* Large closet
Month-to-Month Move in Details:
* Security deposit: $425 (refundable if no damage, last month's rent is paid, and proper moveout notice given).
* Last month rent: We require this to avoid "no notice" moveouts - can be paid in payments, upon approval.
Move out Details:
* 30-day notice prior to moveout
* Room and bathroom must be fully cleaned
Weekly Move in Details:
* Security deposit: $250 (refundable if no damage, last week rent is paid, and proper moveout notice given).
* Last week rent: We require this to avoid "no notice" moveouts - can be paid in payments, upon approval.
Weekly Move out Details:
* 7-day notice prior to moveout
* Room and bathroom must be fully cleaned
Room 2 - (Available Nov. 15, maybe sooner)
* Size: 13' x 23 ' (299 sq. ft.)
* Rent $1050
* Next to the kitchen
* Extra-large room. Feels like your own studio apartment with lounge space.
Move in Details:
*Security deposit: $525 (refundable if no damage, last month's rent is paid, and proper moveout notice given).
* Last month rent: We require this to avoid "no notice" moveouts - can be paid in payments, upon approval.
Move out Details:
* 30-day notice prior to moveout
* Room and bathroom must be fully cleaned
