The room (21' x 20') is furnished with a full-size bed, 2 large dressers, nightstands, desk and chair, and a bar console table. It also has a large closet, 5 big brand-new windows so it is filled with sunlight and has hard wood floors.
The bathroom is very bright, spacious and has a large window.

The house is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood and has a beautiful lake view with a walking path. 5 mins drive / 20 mins walk to Publix. 5-15 mins from Starbucks, library, parks with hiking/running trails, public pool, Oviedo on the Park area, UCF, and Central Florida Research Park.
I have been renting rooms in my house for 5+ years now, mostly to UCF graduate students, professors, international students, and working professionals. I am looking for tenants who are CLEAN, friendly, respectful, and drama-free. $800 security deposit required. You must have a car.
No drugs, no smoking, no pets, no children, no couples, no sleepovers. Please respect that this is a shared space. This IS NOT a party house.
