I had started & run for years a Midtown NYC arts festival, had an int'l & widely sold (if rarely purchased😏) arts & culture magazine, & will later host various art & performances on the fairly large & lovely grounds!
The gorgeous Mother in Law Suite is about ready to be listed & rented.
The main house need a bathroom & kitchenette, we will knock a wall out this weekend, make the garage flexible use for a 5th bedroom, tune up & repair until before long it shall be light work like the painting we have done much of already!
I want at least one person added to our 'lil community of Fun, but a strong work ethic, nom more than during my main contractor you would taken direction from, 7:30 to 4:30.
Nights are free to join the restaurants, markets, clubs, & gorgeous residential streets of downtown Sanford.
Where many even from Orlando come to wander & play, blessed with many Charms & distractions, but with a small-town feel.
Relax & have Free Reign on the grounds & house. 🌞
I have taken in some with problems, but you must not have such an unstable mind & attitude that it disrupts & upsets the house & peace of the several folks already here & benefitting us.
Pets very welcome, children considered-& valued-if you can handle them.
