BIG ROOM available. The room itself is 15x30ft.. The walk-in closet is 8x11ft, The Bathroom is 15x15ft. Seeking quiet (you don't have to be super quiet just considerate of neighbors), laid back, friendly, smokers welcome but must smoke outside on patio. Very nice place. Musicians, artists, and interesting people are awesome! You can have it furnished or not. The house is very clean. Everything that you need is conveniently located within a couple of blocks. Quarter of a mile from the Winter Garden Village.
