Need roommates or a single family to share a 5 bedroom / 4 bath / bonus room / 2 car garage house. Washer and Dryer in unit, $650.00 a month or $1,200.oo for the family. Utilities, water, trash, sewage, cable, internet, are already included in the rent. There is a master bed avail. It is almost 4x bigger than the regular room. Understandably it is a little more (not 4x but little more LOL). Seeking quiet (you don't have to be super quiet just considerate of neighbors), laid back, friendly, smokers welcome but must smoke outside on patio. Very nice place. Musicians, artists, and interesting people are awesome! You can have it furnished or not. The house is very clean. Everything that you need is conveniently located within a couple of blocks. Quarter of a mile from the Winter Garden Village.

if u have a dog or cat is okay if they are properly trained and preferrably do not shed a lot.
