I am looking for a responsible, trusting roommate. Prefer a female, but open to having a male. Prefer 35 and older. Someone that is dependable and also understanding of having a teenager. My teenager currently lives with his dad, but occasionally will come to stay for a few days. It’s a rarity, especially now that he’s a teenager, but I like to be upfront. most of the time the place will feel like your own space, as I’m usually with my boyfriend about 4 min away. So if anything is ever needed, I’m available.
No co-habitants under one room. Only room for one person. I prefer that you be in your late late 30's and up. I will want to meet you in person before making a decision to ensure we're a good fit for one another. No pets allowed. I will require a background check.
I do not require a deposit but I expect that you pay on time. The monthly rent is 950 for the entire month. This would include your own room and bathroom. Internet and all utilities included. There is a small back patio. A community pool. Community tennis.
I do not smoke it's a none smoking house. No partiers. This is small family home (cozy bungalow) and would like that respected. What you choose to do outside the house is your business. I barely am home, So it will feel like your own space most of the time. For that reason I need someone I can trust with my belongings and home
