Room for rent in Winter Springs. I am looking for a middle aged woman to help with basic care for my mother. You would have a room in the home with full access to the entire home. We normally rent the room for $700 per month. We are willing to charge $200 per month if you are willing to do some cooking, food prep, some cleaning, take out garbage and similar tasks. My mom is independent so there is no personal care or medications needed.
