Hi, I Am Selling A 2006 Class B Motorhome. It Is A Lexington Grand Touring Series By Forest River it is exactly 30 feet long. Model number 283TS It is equipped with three slide outs. Its option with full body paint it is on a Ford E450 chassis equipped with the Eco line 6.8 L Triton V 10 with 19,500 original miles. This particular motorhome was elderly owned and hardly used it currently has no leaks are water damage. It is a no pet non-smoker. Everything in this RV isn’t working order motor was just tuned up in service with oil change full service done on the Oman 4000 generator. It starts right up with just a push of a button powering the whole unit with no issues our problems. This particular unit can also be ran off. It’s 30 amp service all the slide outs aren’t working order as should be including all appliances as you step into the RV your first slide out extends making more space in the kitchen area across from there, you have your second slide out that extends making more space as well in the living room when slide it out containing your dinette boot this particular unit is called opposing slides makes a bunch of space in the living room area. This unit is equipped with an overhead entertainment center and as you make your way towards the rear in the hallway, you have your full glass enclose standup shower with private walk-in bathroom with sink and vanity and toilet, and all the way in the rear of the unit is where your third slide out is located containing your queen bed when slide out is extended it makes it a queen walk around bedroom this RV has a bunch of storage and cabinetry space and is in great condition for its age as stated everything isn’t working order this Motorhome is 100% turn key ready just put gas and go I have a clear free Florida title in hand asking 26,500 our best offer please if you are coming to tell me that you have more to look at or need to ask your wife’s opinion or have to get a loan do not waste mine or your time price will be negotiable for a serious cash buyer for any additional information.
