I'm sending out a warning to all ladies and guys looking for a room. This perv is 67 years old (looks much older) lives in a small trailer in a trailer park. Because he drinks 24/7 he doesn't own a car, DUI's. Fights with all his neighbors. Has 2 kids that doesn't speak to him. Drinks his nasty cheap beer from the moment he wakes up at dawn until he passes out. During this time he is a mean, hateful, drunk fool, all day every day.
He'll promise you everything then make your life hell!!! I lasted 3 days. He'll tell you he just wants company, offers free rent, free food, but that's a lie.
He brags about having $200,000 in the bank yet he's stingy and unpredictable. He moved to Florida because no one wants him in New Jersey where he's from! No telling what he has done up there to run to Florida 2 years ago.
