Looking to rent a room that doesn't mind me smoking outside. I don't drive and need to be near a bus stop or grocery store. Need to use the stove and would like a washer and dryer if possible. No big dogs as I was attacked by 1 last year. I drink beer also. Up to $500 a month and no deposit. Prefer an older person like myself retired and unattached. Can do home repairs and painting if needed
