Seeking a peaceful environment (Orlando)

Why am I moving to Orlando? Weather, amusement park enthusiast, several family and friends live in Florida. Kansas City is the most corrupt city i ever lived in. The crime is out of hand and property management companies are unethical and display criminal behavior.
What kind of living situation am I looking for?
Preferably a house in a safe neighborhood.
I won't live in crime infested neighborhoods. Will need a dedicated parking spot. Furnished is a plus. Monthly rent 700-850. No credit check. Background check is fine. Preferably no deposit. If necessary very small deposit. High speed internet is a must.
Whats my daily schedule? I can't do anything to strenuous due to my physical disabilities but I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week and take walks often. Sometimes I need a day or two of bed rest due my spinal issues but Im self sufficient. If I get down there and a find ASAP I should be able to attend college this semester. If not definitely next semester.

Gaming, exercise, reading, dining out, shopping, NFL, music, travel.
What to expect from me.
Stay to myself. Clean up after myself. Be respectful. No strangers on the property. Im very quiet. Always pay rent on time.
