Are you an established construction company seeking to legally operate in Florida but do not currently hold a Florida contractor license?
I am a Florida-licensed contractor offering Qualifier / Qualifying Agent services to reputable companies looking to add a Florida Certified Contractor license to their business.
This opportunity is for companies that already have:
• Experience
• Crews & equipment
• A solid operating history
—but need a licensed qualifier to meet State of Florida requirements.
How This Works
Florida allows a licensed contractor to qualify a non-licensed company, enabling that business to legally operate and pull permits under state law.
You do not need to take the Florida contractor exam yourself.
I act as the Qualifying Agent for your company.
Types of Companies That Are a Good Fit
• General construction companies
• Commercial service contractors
• Multifamily or residential operators
• Trade-based construction companies
(Open to other general construction work — no ground-up new construction.)
Timeline
• You could be licensed and operational in Florida within 90–120 days, depending on application processing.
Requirements
• Established business entity
• Clean credit and background (required by the State)
• Willingness to operate compliantly and professionally
• You cover all state application and licensing fees
(Approximately $4,000 paid directly to the State of Florida)
Licensing also available in:
GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, VA, AZ, AR
I am only interested in qualifying reputable companies with a solid reputation and long-term outlook. This is not a short-term workaround or paper-only setup.
If you believe your company is a good fit, let’s talk.
