We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer focused individuals to join our team as our Auto Glass Concierge. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership service drive, working closely with service advisors and helping identify windshield replacement opportunities. This is a fast paced, customer facing role where professionalism, communication, and urgency matter.
***Please note this is an immediate need/ full time role where you will be working on site at the dealership***
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they pull into the service drive and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Bag and tag vehicles as they are checked in for service.
Conduct quick windshield inspections to identify any preexisting glass damage.
If damage is found, immediately contact our home office to schedule a replacement while the vehicle is already in for service.
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about windshield replacement options.

Ability to stay alert and ready as customers arrive at any moment.
Professionalism and reliability—this role is the face of the service drive.

Schedule:Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
