We’re seeking a professional and confident Credit Repair Enrollment Specialist to onboard clients after they’ve been closed by the sales team. This role involves guiding new clients through the enrollment process, collecting required verification documents (including government-issued ID), and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities:
Welcome newly closed clients and guide them through onboarding
Request and collect client ID and other verification documents with ease and professionalism
Review documents for accuracy and compliance
Maintain organized records in the CRM
Provide clear communication and support throughout enrollment
Qualifications:
Experience in credit repair, financial services, or customer support preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to confidently request sensitive documents
Detail-oriented and highly organized
