We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Inspector to join a high-performance team in Central Florida and the Tampa area. This is primarily a SALES position. Door-to-door knocking is secondary. Your main responsibility is to inspect, diagnose, and sell roofing projects on the spot. You will meet homeowners through a combination of canvassed leads and scheduled appointments. Your role is to identify the roofing problem, explain the solution, and close the deal. We are looking for someone who is Self-motivated and disciplined!!
What You Will Do:
*Perform professional roof inspections (ladder & drone encouraged)
*Diagnose roofing issues on the spot
*Present repair or replacement solutions clearly and confidently
*Close roofing sales same day when possible
*Set future appointments when homeowner is unavailable
*Service appointments provided by roof canvassers
*Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
This Is a SALES Role and you must be comfortable with selling directly to homeowners, Handling objections, Explaining roofing systems and damage, be able to work retail and insurance claims, and Turning inspections into signed projects.
Requirements:
*Prior roofing experience required
*Strong roofing knowledge
*Proven sales ability
*Reliable transportation
**All personal tools and equipment required
*Drone inspections allowed and encouraged
*Valid ID
*Professional appearance and communication
*Entry level experience is required (advanced experience is a strong advantage)
For compensation we have multiple negotiable payout structures available. This job is designed for motivated closers who want control of their income! This position is for closers, not beginners. If you can diagnose, present, and sell — this is an opportunity to build serious income!
