About Us:
Zephyr & Zinnia is a stylish furniture and home décor showroom known for its curated collection, quality pieces, and personalized service. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help customers create beautiful, comfortable spaces.
Compensation:
💰 $15 per hour + 5% commission on sales
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in furniture or home décor
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory lookup, etc.)
• Dependable transportation
• Willingness to work weekends (required)
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills , able to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
• Interest or background in interior design, furniture styles, or home décor trends
• Organizational skills , able to manage multiple clients, quotes, and follow-ups
• Team-oriented mindset – works well in a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven ,enjoys achieving sales targets and contributing to the store’s success
• Professional appearance and demeanor , represents the showroom’s brand with poise and confidence
