American First Financial is seeking a talented, experienced Outbound Caller / Fronter & Closer to join our 100% remote team.
We help clients who are struggling with high-interest credit card debt—but can’t qualify for a traditional personal loan due to a credit score that’s just below the approval range. Our job is to guide clients to qualify for a low-interest personal debt consolidation loan, replacing high-rate balances and helping them regain control.
We are not a debt relief center and not a debt validation firm.
What You Will Do:
Call supplied leads using our auto-dialer and call tools.
Follow our provided script and lead flow to pre-qualify prospects.
Handle objections and work leads through the move-forward close.
When the client is ready, you submit a brief one-page enrollment form (under 5 minutes) to our processing department.
Once the client is enrolled, you continue selling—our processing team takes over from there.
Compensation (Aggressive + Weekly Pay):
$400 flat-rate commission per enrollment
$200 bonus for every 5 new clients enrolled

Expected earnings based on performance:
15 deals/month (about 1 deal/day not required) = $79,000+ potential

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a fronter, closer, or similar outbound sales role
Access to a desktop or laptop with high-speed internet
Must be able to work 100% from home
Familiar with auto dialer platforms or similar call apps
