DVM Central is currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist, We are steadily growing new accounts and it is time to bring on a new team member.
DVM Central is an online Veterinary Marketplace where Vet Clinics can shop over 100 manufacturing Companies nationwide. The role will include the following Responsibilities:
For Companies:
- Onboard New Companies to Sell on DVM Central
- Assist New Companies with Setting up their Online Store
- Offer additional Marketing Packages
For Customers:
- Outreach to New Customers who sign-up to buy on DVM Central
- Become Familiar with Products on website to assist Customer Inquiries
- Track Delivery times in System
- Track trends on what products are selling best
- Customer Service Support
- Must be knowledgeable of Online Meeting Systems (Zoom, Teams, Google Meeting)
- Must have quite space for hybrid/remote work
- Must be able to turn in Daily Reports
- Join Weekly Team Meetings
Attend Local Veterinary Conferences to Represent DVM Central
30 hours per week
$20 per hour
Must be local to Orlando
Hybrid Role: Office and Remote
