**Job Description:**
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon and providing an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be responsible for managing appointments, answering phone calls, handling client inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will be essential in making every client's visit special.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, and manage appointment calendars.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Provide information about services, products, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with care and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support the salon team and assist with other duties as required.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks.
- Proficient with salon management software and basic office equipment.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong management skills, including scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer relations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a luxury or high-end salon environment.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and services.
- Bilingual skills (if applicable).
