Vinyl coated, so basket will not rust. Durable, welded metal construction and can hold up to 15 pounds of cargo. Basket includes a folding carrying handle and is weather resistant. It is easy to install and remove.
Basket can be held in place with straps or front hooks that can hang over handle bars. I used zip ties to keep basket attached.
