The larger room is 950/mo and unfurnished. The smaller is 925/mo furnished. Both have decent closet space and are available immediately. The bathroom is shared, however there is another bathroom downstairs as well. I'm not home often and the 4th room is not being rented at this time. So it'll likely feel like a house to yourself most of the time.
2 living rooms, full kitchen, W/D and a backyard. Price includes utilities, WiFi, lawncare etc. Month to month or long term is perfectly fine by me.

I've had several bad experiences with couples, so I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable renting to another pair, but it never hurts to reach out if you're in need.
We are a no dog house, I am unfortunately highly allergic 😔 cats are okay as long as you're okay with keeping the fur baby in your room.
