Kids friendly sit with an adult like in bumper cars, it runs 15mph, does not turn 360 goes 180 only, with seatbelts and joystick to self-control.
They will need new batteries, which are easily found at harbor freight, amazon as they been just sitting in my garage. It just has enough juice to maybe light-up cannot ride until battery replaced. Also has an option to run via remote or coin acceptor.
