This position will assist with in-person and remote support for end-users of a large company’s computers, software, network, and telephone systems.
Troubleshoot copiers, printers, desktop operating systems, application errors, and PC hardware issues.
Set up and maintain user desktop environments and set up peripherals
2-3 years of IT Help Desk support Excellent computer and software troubleshooting skills and customer service are required.
Strong communication and documentation skills
Effective time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with attention to detail.
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently and work closely with staff members.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, (Word, Outlook, Outlook PST, Excel etc.) Windows 7, Windows 10, and LAN Technology are required. Must also have a working knowledge with printers, smartphone and tablets, and general software applications support
Experience or equivalent certifications to include:
o A+ Certification required
o Net+ Certification required
o Microsoft Certification preferred
