Position: REFERRALS of Post-Hurricane Commercial Construction Work (Roofing, Structural Concrete Restoration, Impact Windows & Doors Opportunities / Condo Associations compelled by new FL laws to make very expensive repairs) to morally-centered, highly competent, large Roofer/GC
Established well-financed Miami Florida-based Roofing & General Contractor - 20 in business - building a FINDER / REFERRAL Team - to ID and refer (once speaking with Property Managers or HOA officials to qualify them for interest) Condo Associations and/or Commercial Building opportunities for:
1. Structural Concrete Restoration & Repairs/Upgrades (including Waterproofing & Painting)
2. Commercial Roofing (repairs and/or re-roofing) – all systems - ANY SIZE PROJECT, and…
3. Impact Window & Doors (new construction or retrofits) Sales & Installations
FOR THE 2025 HURRICANE SEASON (AND BEYOND) – WE NEED:
• Licensed Real Estate Agents & Brokers • Insurance Adjusters & Property Inspectors
• General Contractors / Construction Pros • Flood/Water Damage Restoration Pros
• Property Managers (especially LCAM’s) • Structural Engineers
• Lyft & Uber Drivers (because you travel and see a lot - ideally positioning you to ID dilapidated Condo Associations that are our #1 prospects (whether Florida is hit by a hurricane in 2025, or not).
• Any other entrepreneurial individuals who can “SEE” this opportunity for what it is!
People to ID, qualify AND REFER interested condo association PMs & HOA officers to us, who are open to a free inspection & a bid on their job. IF a BIG storm directly impacts a populous area of Florida, commercial (and residential) property owners will be in URGENT NEED of our specialized, 5-Star contracting services.
COMPENSATION:
3% or 5% ON GROSS ‘SIGNED” SALES of commercial contracts (you introduce interested prospects - we bid the jobs and close them). Immediately after signing a contract & before work starts - you get paid 3% “up front” OR we’ll pay you 5% over time (as we get paid on submitted invoices or pay applications).
• $500-1,000 per closed residential customer (not our primary market, but we won’t turn away the business) that results in a signed contract
NEEDED:
• Entrepreneurial Mindset, Vision, Winning Attitude & Indomitable Spirit!
• Contacts with LCAM’s, Structural Engineers, Architects or Property Management Companies.
• Established network of Florida property owners/managers very helpful, but not prerequisite (we love “bird-dogs”).
• You MUST canvass your region by phone and / or in person - on a consistent, relentless basis - to find the golden opportunities that will put BIG $$$ in your bank account.
P.S.: TRUE STORY: After Hurricane Ian, CMR Construction & Roofing, in Ft. Myers, grew sales from $5MM pre-Hurricane Ian, to $180MM+ the next year (!!). Top earners grossed over $1 Million/yr. – for 2 years running – Look it up on the Internet!
