I have a 'never used' Chicago Electric 2.5HP 10in Tile & Brick Saw, item number 69275. The saw was purchased on 6-23-2015 so it is ten years old. It has been sitting on my lanai during this time. I did run the saw for the first time prior to placing this ad. It comes with an unused Norton 10-in Wet/Dry Turbo blade. The box end and allen wrenches have a little surface rust on them. You will note from the photos that the rubber pads, part number 16221, should be replaced. I have found them between $7 and $13 dollars on the Internet. Comes with the original box and manual.
