What You’ll Do
• Lead carpentry projects from framing to fine finish work.
• Oversee site prep, demolition, excavation, framing, trim, cabinetry, windows & doors, decks, roofing, and more.
• Direct your crew, answer day-to-day questions, and escalate bigger challenges when needed.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate clearly with management, subcontractors, and clients.
• Help shape great projects—and great customer experiences.

Requirements
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Own and maintain quality tools
• Reliable truck or van + valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available)
You should also bring integrity, a growth mindset, and a leadership style that values both efficiency and craftsmanship.

Compensation & Perks
• Starting Pay: $72,000+ per year (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000
• Relocation Assistance to Berkshire County, MA
