We are looking for people who can show up on time, work hard, follow directions, and take pride in quality construction work.
Do not apply if you cannot show up on time, do not have transportation, or are not ready for physical outdoor construction work.
Work includes:
Setting posts
Framing
Installing trusses
Installing metal roofing and siding
Trim work
Jobsite cleanup
General pole barn construction tasks
Experience preferred:
Construction labor
Framing
Roofing
Metal building installation
Post-frame / pole barn construction
Carpentry
Equipment operation
Experience is helpful, but we are also willing to talk to dependable workers who want to learn and are serious about working.
Requirements:
Must be dependable
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work outdoors
Must be able to lift materials and handle physical construction work
Must be comfortable with heights
Must be drug-free on the job
Must be able to follow safety instructions
Own basic hand tools are a plus
Pay:
Pay depends on experience, reliability, and skill level. Tell us your experience and expected pay when you apply.
Schedule:
Steady work available. Most work is Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on project schedule and weather.
