We are seeking an experienced Epoxy installer in the Jacksonville, FL area. This position is ideal for a skilled installer who has hands-on epoxy experience within the past 2 years and understands proper prep, application, and finishing standards.
This is not an entry-level role. You must be able to work independently, produce clean results, and take pride in your workmanship.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Surface preparation including:
•Grinding, sanding, cleaning, and repairing concrete
•Moisture testing and crack filling
•Mixing epoxy, polyaspartic, or polyurethane coatings accurately
•Applying epoxy systems including:
•Base coats
•Decorative flakes, quartz, Mostly metallic finishes
•Top coats and sealers
•Maintaining consistent thickness, coverage, and finish quality
•Proper use and care of tools and equipment (grinders, squeegees, rollers, mixers)
•Following manufacturer specs and safety guidelines
•Job site setup and clean-up
•Working efficiently to meet project timelines
•Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
•Identifying and troubleshooting common epoxy issues (bubbling, fisheyes, uneven curing, etc.)
•Representing the company professionally on job sites
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 2 years of epoxy installation experience (within the last 2 years)
•Experience with garage floors, commercial floors, or decorative epoxy systems
•Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs
•Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Jacksonville
•Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
•Dependable, punctual, and professional
•Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
