What You’ll Do
- Support safe, efficient tree removals, pruning, and clean-up
- Operate and maintain equipment (chainsaws, chippers, rigging)
- Climb and perform aerial work with proper PPE and techniques (climbers)
- Generate qualified leads through outreach and community engagement (lead generators)
- Close sales with homeowners and businesses; deliver estimates and follow through (closers)
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in your role (grounds, climbing, lead gen, or sales/closing)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Team-oriented attitude and solid communication
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with rigging, roping, and aerial rescue (for climbers)
- Familiarity with CRM or estimating tools (for closers)
- ISA/TCIA knowledge or certifications are a plus
