-Must have a valid ID to get into gated communities. Bring your own tools when you show up; not in another truck, apartment, country, state, or county. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone, but not looking at it all day.
-It is not necessary to have a Gas Sprayer and a pressure washer with a working chemical injector, but it would be a big plus and will add to your compensation.
-Looking for "A-Team Quality Journeyman Craftsmen and Workmanship" for high-end residential and commercial clientele. Good appearance and professionalism are a must.
