We are looking for reliable, experienced rough and formwork carpenters who can start right away. This position requires hardworking individuals who are experienced commercial/residential carpenters and can ensure precision, safety and quality craftsmanship on every project.
• Proven experience in rough carpentry and/or concrete formwork
• Must have all necessary tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and formwork details
• Strong understanding of concrete forming systems (wood forms, gang forms, etc.)
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in demanding outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional quality
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and team attitude
Responsibilities:
• Build, set, and strip concrete formwork for footings, walls, columns, slabs, and decks
• Layout work using drawings, measurements, and elevations
• Construct wood and metal forms per plans and specifications
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, sleeves, and blockouts
• Work closely with concrete crews during pours
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in compliance with jobsite safety standards
• Assist with other rough carpentry tasks as needed
