Florida Repossession Agency is expanding and seeking an experienced, reliable Full-Time Automotive Locksmith to join our team.
Position Requirements
Experience in cutting, decoding, and programming:
Proximity / Smart Keys
Transponder Keys
High-Security Keys (Laser / Sidewinder)
Lishi picking & decoding (Lishiing)
All-Keys-Lost (AKL) procedures
FOB replacements & remote programming
EEPROM knowledge is a plus
Experience with Autel, SmartPro, or equivalent diagnostic/programming tools
Additional Requirements
Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
Clear background check (required for lender and NASTF compliance)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
Professional communication and customer-service skills
NASTF certification is a strong plus
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-house position servicing FRA’s statewide operations. You will work closely with our key and transport departments with on-site programming at our facilities and partner locations.
