We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Electrician with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join a growing industrial operation in Central Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants steady work, mentorship, and long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems
• Troubleshooting motors, control panels, and basic PLC-related issues
• Running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating connections
• Supporting preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Working alongside senior electricians and maintenance teams

What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience
• Basic knowledge of motors, controls, and electrical schematics
• OSHA awareness and strong safety mindset
• Reliable, eager to learn, and team-oriented
