Very busy painting company is seeking a quality experienced painter to add to our staff.
Job Description is as follows.....
Warranty service calls for new homes.
This position comes with great responsibility. It requires a very detailed and experienced painter who knows how to deliver a quality finish for new home owners.
Our company paints over 500 homes per year. After a new home owner moves into their new home, there is always a repair or additional work that requires a painter to come in and fix whatever repairs were made.
Whether it is a drywall repair, an electrical repair, a leak or even paint issues....these need to be completed by a clean, neat and experienced painter.
Our office sets the schedule for these appointments.
Your job will consist of coming to the office every morning. Getting your work orders for the day.
Going to do the warranty calls, which could be 2 to 3 or even 4 per day.
You will be required to stop by various different paint stores to gather the materials that you need for that day.
You will return to the office the next morning to complete your paperwork from the day before, and gather your new work orders for the new day.
This is a full time 40+ hour per week job, with some Saturdays required.
YOU MUST BE LEGAL!!
YOU MUST HAVE A S.S. card and bank acct for direct deposit.
YOU MUST SPEAK ENGLISH, and be able to read and write in English.
You will need....
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. This will need to be a truck or van and you must have the capabilities to carry ladders.
You must not be scared of heights.
You must have experience.
You must provide some references.
You must be knowledgeable of the painting industry.
You must be reliable, on time and willing to work.
You MUST be drug free and clean cut.
You MUST have a valid fl DL with up to date auto insurance and a valid tag.
