Daily jobsite cleanup and debris removal.
Completion of punch list items as needed.
Compliance with manufacturer installation requirements and applicable building codes.
Professional communication with homeowners and Weathermaster personnel.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of replacement window and patio door installation experience.
Experience working in occupied residential homes.
Ability to independently complete projects with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Florida building codes and installation requirements.
Ability to accurately measure, troubleshoot field conditions, and make necessary adjustments.
Reliable transportation and installation tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Subcontractor Requirements
Valid business license, if applicable.
General liability insurance meeting company requirements.
Workers' compensation coverage or valid exemption documentation.
Reliable vehicle and tools necessary to perform installations.
Ability to pass background screening, if required.
