We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder/Maintenance worker. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with potentially dangerous equipment. Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties is essential. We are looking for a welder with extensive experience welding aluminum.

Daily Duties(include but not limited to):
- - Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Operate the appropriate equipment to cut and join metals.
- Read and interpret drawings, written directions, or verbal instructions.
- Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using suitable welding techniques (aluminum and steel).
- Follow and adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings, take measurements, and plan layouts and procedures.
- Determine the correct welding equipment or methods based on job requirements.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Use angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces into position.
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to detect any flaws.
- Maintain equipment in a safe and operational condition.
• Proven experience as a welder
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (e.g., TIG, MMA, etc.)
• Proficiency in using electrical or manual tools (e.g., squares, calipers)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to wear protective gear (face shield, gloves, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and dexterity
• Proficiency in English
• Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program or
• Professional Certification (e.g., AWS welding certificate) is a plus
