This is a great entry-level position with rapid opportunity for advancement into a full carpenter role.
Responsibilities:
• Assist carpenters in building custom boat docks
• Follow instructions from the crew leader and support the team on site
• Anticipate next steps when tasks are completed to keep projects moving
• Make accurate material cuts as directed
• Maintain good communication and teamwork on site
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work outdoors and in the water
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
• Basic construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Own tools a plus, but not required
