We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on technician to step into a key role with an established, long-running landscaping company. This is not an entry-level position.
If you’re the type of person who can diagnose an irrigation issue, jump in to help with landscape installs, and keep equipment running without babysitting—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing irrigation systems (timers, valves, heads, wiring)
Assisting with landscape installs and maintenance when needed
Maintaining and repairing equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, small engines)
Identifying problems before they become breakdowns
Working independently and taking ownership of your work
What We’re Looking For
Strong irrigation experience (this is required)
Solid understanding of landscape work (plants, installs, general field work)
Mechanical aptitude – comfortable with tools and basic equipment repair
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work without constant supervision
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
What This Is NOT
Not a seasonal gig
Not a “stand around and wait to be told” job
Not for someone who hops companies every few months
What We Offer
Competitive pay based on experience
Steady, year-round work
A company that’s been around 30 years
Respect, autonomy, and straightforward expectations
Opportunity to grow into a long-term key position
