Experience Required:
Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience.

Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property.

Prioritize and complete service work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Paint and prepare units for new residents.

Diagnose and repair issues with individual apartment A/C and heating systems, including part replacement when needed.

Handle general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry.

Repair or replace household appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and garbage disposals.

Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members.

EPA certification required.

Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.

Proficiency with both standard and specialized tools used for maintenance and repair.

Knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and repair.

Basic understanding of appliance, plumbing, and lighting fixture repair.

Excellent customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑call responsibilities.
