We are a growing screen printing and embroidery company serving schools, businesses, sports teams, and organizations throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment
Prepare screens, inks, and garments for production
Register screens and maintain print quality standards
Mix inks and perform color matching when required
Inspect printed garments for quality and accuracy
Clean and maintain printing equipment and work areas
Meet daily production schedules and deadlines
Assist with packaging and order fulfillment as needed
Qualifications
Previous screen printing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge of screen setup, registration, and ink mixing is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
