Job description: Teams — if you're not running 5,000+ miles and earning $3K+ weekly, you're getting underpaid.
serious CDL-A TEAM DRIVERS ready to run consistent miles, stay moving, and earn strong weekly income.
PAY & MILES:
• $1,500–$2,500 per driver ($3,000–$5,000 per team weekly)
• $0.65 – $0.82 CPM (based on experience)
• 4,500 – 5,500+ miles per week
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• Consistent miles — no sitting
• Steady freight — we keep you loaded
• Weekly pay — consistent and on time
• Late-model, well-maintained equipment
• Dispatch that communicates and supports you
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Run OTR as a team (3+ weeks out)
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections
• Log miles and hours using ELD systems (Motive/Samsara)
• Stay compliant with DOT regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Clean driving record
• Team driving experience preferred
• Ready to run and maximize miles
