Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Below is an overview of our schedule, operations, and requirements:
Work Schedule
We operate on a rotating schedule:
• Week 1: Monday through Sunday
• Week 2: Monday through Friday (off Saturday and Sunday)
• This means drivers are off every other weekend.
Routes & Schedule Structure
We do not offer dedicated lanes or fixed daily schedules. Our work consists of live loads, and assignments vary from day to day. We stay consistently busy, but start and end times are not set like a traditional 7 AM–10 PM shift.
Equipment
Our fleet consists of 2021 and newer automatic sleeper trucks, and we haul 53 ft dry vans only.
We are an intrastate Florida carrier, so all routes remain within the state. Common destinations include:
• Jacksonville
• Miami
• Fort Myers
• Fort Pierce
• Tampa
• …and other Florida locations.
Pay Structure
The starting pay is a flat rate of $1,000 per week.
Once you are fully trained and consistently meeting expectations—picking up and delivering loads on time—you will be increased to $1,200 to 1,500 per week.
We believe in paying drivers what they’re worth, so strong work ethic and reliability lead to quick advancement.
