As a contractor, you’ll be dispatched to perform light-duty roadside services including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, lockouts, and Diesel Techs will service Medium Duty & Heavy Duty Vehicles. You will operate using your own vehicle and tools, servicing customers in need through our dispatch system.
Responsibilities:
• Respond quickly to roadside calls in your service area
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job
• Accurately complete service reports via phone/app
• Maintain and provide your own tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Smartphone with GPS & internet access
• Must provide your own tools
• Jump box
• 2-gallon fuel can
• Lockout kit
• Impact gun, sockets & breaker bar
• WD-40, rubber mallet, screwdrivers, pliers
• All Diesel Techs must have there own tools
Schedule:
• Flexible hours – On Call
