About the Position
CPG Freight Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispatch team member. If you have experience in freight brokerage, trucking sales, or logistics and enjoy building relationships, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Generate freight opportunities for our carrier network.
Negotiate rates with customers while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure excellent service.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Prospect and develop new shipping customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in freight brokerage, trucking sales, or logistics preferred.
Existing shipper relationships are a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
